More and more electric vehicle models are becoming available on the market, and Stellantis is following suit. In fact, several models are underway, including an all-new 100 % RAM truck that should hit the market by 2024.
The same can be said with Chrysler: the 100 % electric AirFLow concept is very promising, though no specific details have yet been made available on this future model.
Moreover, Jeep is also preparing a 100 % electric SUV, with dimensions reminding us of the Compass. More information will be made available closer to the official reveal date.
Finally, with Dodge, an all-new 2023 Hornet will offer a plug-in hybrid version that will find itself at the top of its category, with 285 horsepower.
Currently available models
To take advantage of hybrid models that are currently available to us, we have to turn to Jeep, where we will find the Jeep Wrangler 4xe and the all-new Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe.

A plug-in hybrid version of this popular SUV that is perfectly adapted to off-road driving, the Wrangler 4xe offers the same set of skills as its fuel counterpart, but with a remarkable energy efficiency; combined numbers are as low as 4.7 Le/100 km.
It has a powertrain that offers a net 375 horsepower and a towing capacity that can reach up to 3,500 pounds (1,588 kg). It can also drive for up to 34 kilometers in fully electric mode.
Take note that the 4xe version is only offered on the 4- door Wrangler Unlimited.
